Trusted with sensitive team context
CoManager is built for private management data: 1:1 notes, team observations, signals, and follow-ups. We treat it that way: encrypted, access-controlled, hosted in the EU, and always yours to export or delete.
Security and privacy commitments
Google sign-in reduces password handling
Authentication runs on Firebase Auth with Google sign-in and secure email links. We never store a password, so there isn’t one to breach, reuse or phish.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Every request is served over TLS, and your data is encrypted at rest in Google Cloud. Each API call is authorised with a short-lived token tied to your account.
Hosted in the EU
The application backend runs in Google Cloud’s europe-west1 region. Your team’s data is processed and stored in Europe by default.
Scoped to you and your teams
You only ever see the teams and members you own. Access is enforced on every request — there’s no shared view, no cross-tenant leakage, no admin backdoor into your notes.
How AI uses your data
CoManager’s intelligence is grounded in your team’s own context. Here’s exactly what that means.
What it uses
- Your own observations, pulse scores, signals and 1:1 history
- Only the context for the team or member you’re asking about
- What you explicitly enter — you control what’s recorded
What it never does
- Train public models on your private team data
- Mix one customer’s data into another’s answers
- Sell, share or surface your notes to anyone but you
